Welcome to GoalTodo. By accessing or using our website (https://www.goaltodo.com), mobile application, or any services provided by GoalTodo (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses or other malicious code
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service

7.1 GoalTodo Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoalTodo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall GoalTodo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoalTodo and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoalTodo regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and GoalTodo.
